Product Description

NF membrane has a molecular weight cut-off between 200-800 Dalton usually. It is generally targeted to remove only divalent and larger ions. Monovalent ions such as sodium and chloride will pass through a nanofiltration membrane, therefore many of its uses involve groundwater softening, de-salting of the process stream. NF membrane is also becoming more widely used in food processing applications such as dairy, for simultaneous concentration and partial (monovalent ion) demineralisation.
NF membrane operation press is around 3.5-30 bar.

TS40 membrane delivers value by purifying and separating solutes. TS40 has high rejection of divalent and polyvalent ions while allowing the majority of monovalent ions to pass through the membrane. With a molecular weight cut-off in the range of 200-300 Daltons, TS40 is a piperazinebased membrane that is often used to demineralize and concentrate organic solutes. TS40 membrane sheet is available in both dry and wet flat sheet rolls and is FDA compliant.

NF Products
With a pore size between 0.1-10nm, Nanofiltration membranes allow water and some salts to pass through the membrane while retaining multivalent ions, low molecular weight molecules, sugars, proteins, and other organic compounds.

Our NF2 has excellent MgSO₄ and lactose rejection,which can be used for dairy industry. Nanofiltration membranes overall are also able to greatly reduce levels of hardness, nitrates, sulfates, tannins, turbidity, color, TDS, and moderate levels of salt from feed water streams.
