Tubular membranes 
 

Our Tubular membrane modules for crossflow filtration consist of durable, robust stainless steel module housings, the housing material is SS316L.

 

Our tubular membranes are available with the inside diameter of 5, 8, 12.7. The tubular membranes, arranged in parallel and collected in bundles, are potted on both ends in epoxy resin. We can make diameters: 2,5", 3",4", 6", 8" and 10".

 

SUN^® Tubular membranes use a cross-flow filtration technology. The cross-flow filtration can reduce cleaning times and downtime, so as to maintain a high flow rate. Some membranes are available for back washing, if necessary, you can also use permeate or chemical cleaner for back washing, effectively extend the membranes working life.
